We get a lot of magazines and was tired of looking at them in stacks…

I got a pair of untreated wood magazine files (also ikea) for $9.99

The paint i chose was green, it kind of looks like matcha green tea! (also ikea $5.99)

letting it dry, i was happy with the color after one coat.

I was thinking about painting green stripes, or only painting the green on certain panels, but decided just to keep it simple.  They’ll go well with some of the dark brown furniture that i have.  And since i only have 2 magazine holders, if all the magazines don’t fit, time to go through them and recycle!
